Company Policies

  • We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airlines, weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control. We will make an effort to notify you of such conditions prior to your trip.
  • An additional fee is charged for any service between of 11:45 PM to 06:00 AM.
  • A holiday surcharge will be added for national holidays.
  • Greet Staff is available inside airport pickups or for large/event group(s).
  • Travel time is computed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pickup point to the time it returns to the final drop off point (door to door). Additional rates may apply.
  • All no shows and late cancellations will be billed the amount of the original reservation. Cancellation must be made within twenty-four (24) hours to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Reservations for proms and special events and conventions must be secured by a non-refundable deposit of 30%, seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.
  • Any and all damages or excessive clean up will be billed to the renting party – minimum of $500.00

Vehicle Policies

  • All vehicles are non smoking.
  • Complimentary chilled bottled waters and/or sodas are provided in our vehicles.
  • Please call us for other beverage requests and/or refreshment needs.
  • Any and all damages or excessive clean up will be billed to the renting party.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  A $100 non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.

Credit Card:  A valid credit card must be on file in order to make a reservation.

Smoking Policy:  Smoking is not allowed inside of any vehicles.

Alcohol:  Alcohol is not allowed inside any of our vehicles.

Personal Items:  Knoxville Executive Transportation Service is not held responsible for any items left in any of their vehicles.
